- Coordinate the logistical move of furniture, technology and equipment to client’s
new locations
- Decommission clients former space after move
- Construct new building or remodeling existing location
- Oversee mechanical modernization, equipment and plant maintenance, and
forecasting of capital improvement projects
- Review and approve shop drawings
- Coordinate contract implementation including review of RFP, MEP, shop
drawings and qualifying bids
FURNISH
Furnishings, Fixtures and Equipment
- Project 4 serves as a single source to coordinate and manage, sourcing and
procurement of furniture, artwork, interior and exterior signs, flooring schedules,
technology, appliances, window treatments and equipment
- Logistics…from reviewing and staging to delivery and installation services
- Punch list processes and warranty oversight
CONSULT
Consulting and Owners Representation
- Review plans and work with architects of space programming & logistics scheduling
- Service owners representative for projects ranging from initial meetings to
documentation and punch list review
- Provide consultation on decisions including short and long-term growth plans and lease
versus buy considerations. The value added services including advising on lease hold
and tenant improvement allowance is
- Provide and interpret analytics for budgeting and forecasting projects including
return on investment
